Mr. Ryan joined Milestone in 2008 from the investment banking affiliate of Susquehanna International Group, LLP ("SIG"). As a Vice President in the Diversified Growth group with SIG, Mr. Ryan was responsible for originating and executing a variety of transactions, including M&A advisory, equity underwriting, and private placements of debt and equity securities. Prior to SIG, Mr. Ryan was an Associate in the Diversified Industrials investment banking group at Friedman Billings Ramsey & Co., Inc. Mr. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.
