Mr. Warren has devoted most of his career to executing middle market leveraged buyout and corporate finance transactions. Prior to joining Milestone, he was a Managing Director of Philadelphia First Group and Beacon Capital, private merchant banking firms with primary emphasis on arranging middle market leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and growth financings. Mr. Warren was also a Vice President in the mergers and acquisitions department of Lehman Brothers where he represented buyers and sellers of middle market companies, and was with the investment arm of the Philadelphia National Bank, first in international private equity investing, and then as head of the Private Placement Department. Mr. Warren graduated from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce with a BS in Finance.
