Ms. Mathew joined Milestone in 2010 and has spent her entire career working with lower middle market management teams. Most recently, Ms. Mathew was an Analyst at The Riverside Company, a lower middle market private equity fund in Cleveland, where she executed leveraged buyouts across a wide range of industries. Ms. Mathew began her career in Philadelphia at Legg Mason Wood Walker in the Strategic Advisory Group where she focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as restructurings. Ms. Mathew received an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
