Mr. Nowaczyk joined Milestone in 2007 with 15 years of investment banking and consulting experience focused on mergers and acquisitions and private finance, primarily with lower middle-market and emerging growth companies. He began his career as a Financial Analyst in the investment banking department of Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated. Later, he served as an Associate with Paine Webber, Incorporated. More recently, he worked in the investment banking department of the Legg Mason Wood Walker, Incorporated, as a Vice President of the Strategic Advisory Group. Mr. Nowaczyk received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College.
