Mr. Levine has devoted his career to executing middle market leveraged buyouts, merger and acquisition transactions and to the practice of business law. Prior to joining Milestone, first in the Investment Banking Group of Lehman Brothers and subsequently as a Principal at Legg Mason Wood Walker, Mr. Levine completed dozens of middle market transactions, primarily for niche manufacturing and distribution companies. Prior to entering investment banking, Mr. Levine practiced business law for three years in Denver, Colorado, with the firm of Atler, Zall and Haligman. He is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization. Mr. Levine holds a BA from Northwestern University, a JD from George Washington University and an MBA with Distinction from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
